What do animals need to survive in the wild? Students will learn about an animal’s niche in nature and discover how individual organisms are connected to one another. Outdoor exploration is a large part of this workshop as we search for tracks, scat, and other signs of animals that inhabit the park. Discover what these animals need for survival: food, water, and space.

• This program covers Steps 1, 3 and 5 of the badge requirement
• Steps 2 and 4 must be completed separately

All scouts must be accompanied by a troop leader or adult chaperone to attend Girl Scout Day. Adults may register only if they are accompanying an individual scout or troop.

Parking is not included in the registration fee. Coyote Point Park charges $6 per individual vehicle or $20 per bus, payable at the park entrance.
